パスワード再発行 Have Password Re-issued

パスワードがわからない方は、以下の内容を入力して[OK]ボタンをクリックしてください。
If you forget your password, enter the following information and click the "OK" button.

[OK]ボタンをクリックすると、登録したメールアドレスにパスワード確認メールを送信します。
When you click the "OK" button, an e-mail message with your password will be sent to your registered e-mail address.

• 迷惑メール設定等を行っているとメールが届かない場合がありますので、「jsps.go.jp」からのメールを受信できるように設定してください。
